Sam has worked and consulted with startups and enterprises across sectors all over Asia as an innovator, designer, researcher, facilitator, and strategist. He is currently founder at Metacata, a social enterprise consultancy and venture studio focused on human systems for the 21st century. 

Sam's occasional public projects have included speculative-innovation workshops, cross-sector unconferences, and 'coworking for the soul' personal growth retreats, alongside talks on themes like cross-cultural design thinking, civilizational change, and AI-age edupreneurship.

Based in Asia, Sam currently lives in Kuala Lumpur.
